This piece began with a surprise: when I bought a used wax injector on eBay, the seller threw in a bag of flawed and leftover wax rings. Most of them not my style. I took it as a little challenge: Could I transform these scraps into something that feels like my design? Using soft wax as a kind of glue, I mended and stacked three of those rings together, reshaping them into a completely new form. A small experiment in giving discarded pieces a second life.
